PANTOFENSVIATBG.COM online children's shoe store orders are fulfilled within 24 to 96 hours after receiving a phone call from our associate for confirmation from us before the order is shipped.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock or other reasons, you will be notified promptly. If the phone you left is not active, the order is cancelled. Orders placed on the same day by one user will be shipped as one shipment.

For orders below BGN 69.99, delivery for the whole of Bulgaria to the Econt office with prices starting from BGN 5.80 to BGN 6.90 depending on the kilograms and the cash on delivery fee.

For orders below BGN 69.99, delivery for the whole of Bulgaria to a Speedy office, we use the Standard 24-hour service with delivery between Speedy offices with prices starting from BGN 4.60, depending on the kilograms and the cash on delivery fee.
For orders below BGN 69.99, delivery throughout Bulgaria to the customer's address with "Econt Express" and "Speedy" with prices starting from BGN 5.90 according to the kilograms and the cash on delivery fee.
For orders over BGN 69.99, delivery is FREE until REQUEST - to an office of a courier company "ECONT" or "Speedy" or to an address with "ECONT Express" or "Speedy" for populated areas where there is no courier office.
If the customer wishes for the delivery to be delivered to the address for settlements with an office of the courier company EKONT or SPIDI, an additional fee of BGN 3 will be charged.
For the city of Burgas, delivery is BGN 3.00 to the customer's address with own transport.
For the neighborhoods of Sarafovo, Cherno More, Rudnik, Vetren, Banevo, Lozovo, Dolno Ezerovo, Gorno Ezerovo and Kraymorie, delivery is BGN 4.00 to the customer's address with own transport.
Delivery is made from 09:00 to 17:30 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR ORDER:
Within 14 days, you have the right to return or exchange what you ordered, but only if it is in the condition in which you received it from us.
